As chief of staff at Occam, David oversees the company’s operational and legal needs.

David has always had a deep interest in the intersection of law and entrepreneurship, leading him to found a general practice law firm with a focus on estate planning before joining pharmaceutical consulting and drug development firm CNF Pharma, where he served in a variety of legal, finance, and operational roles. The roller coaster ride of drug development, from patient recruitment to FDA approval, has provided a foundation for David’s current work. He earned his JD from Brooklyn Law School and an MBA from Boston University; he also holds a degree in history and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
